Happy New Year 2008!
We had a pretty busy New Year's Day. We started by attending mass at 9am at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. After mass, we busied ourselves preparing Sarawak Laksa for lunch. The outcome was quite satisfactory.

For dinner, we headed up Bukit Genting near Balik Pulau. There were more stuff on display and we quite liked the creeper plants they grew on the platform. We took Angie's former colleague there to enjoy the scenery and sample some Thai food. We ordered meng kam, green curry chicken, crispy fried kangkung, and stuffed omelette. Angie's former colleague is on holiday here from Germany.

We look forward to the new year as we go about bringing Julian up. So much has happened last year because of him and we expect more interesting things and challenges ahead.
[Like father like son, or is this the other way around? We got this photo idea from Julian and Morin's Photoblog]
