Plastic Ploy

Recently we noticed that people were being enticed to have outstanding balances on their credit cards through special 'rewards/bonuses' given for outstanding balances. Are people finally being given 'special privileges' for not having money...? Hmmmm... seems like a deliberate lure into debt (THINK INTERESTS), to us! Evil... Evil... EVIL!!!
